Reeses Peanut Butter Yogurt Bark

OKAY OKAY, I love a peanut butter chocolate combo. I especially like a classic peanut butter cup. I am intentionally focusing on higher protein meals and snack these days to manage my hormone health, blood sugars, and energy! DRUM ROLL…………… in steps Greek yogurt and Peanut butter cups! Game changer with only 4 ingredients!!

Ingredients:

-2 cups plain Greek yogurt

-1/2 cup peanut butter, save 1/4 cup for swirling

-1/3 cup honey

-20 (or so) mini unwrapped Reese’s cups, chopped

Instructions:

1. Mix in Greek yogurt, honey, and 1/4 cups peanut butter.

2. On a sheet pan covered in parchment spread an even layer. Swirl remaining 1/4 cup onto mixture with a butter knife.

4. Gently press chopped Reese’s cups on top and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

5. Break apart and enjoy. Can be stored in freezer in airtight container:)))
