Meal plans can be helpful short term, but in the long run are not going to be suitable in maintaining your health. Together we will identify foods that work for your health goals, you will understand the WHY behind foods you prepare & be able to utilize wellness strategies lifelong. And of course meal inspiration and planning can be done during our sessions.

All dietitians are nutritionists but not all nutritionists are dietitians. Dietitians go through specific schooling and professional training prior to taking a national board exam and becoming a credentialed registered dietitian. RD’s have to maintain 75 hours of continuing education every 5 years.
