Chunky Monkey Yogurt Bark

Chocolate, banana, & peanuts all in one high protein snack!! Delicious dessert or snack when you just need something sweet after or between meals.

Check it out!! Favorite flavor combo coming at you in a BALANCED snack. I am always interested in a a lil’ sweet treat after my lunch and dinner, but I also crave feeling energetic and light after my meals. Which means I always have a freezer stash of treats that fill my cup just like that.

Ingredients:

-2 cups Greek yogurt

-1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (+1/4 cup)

-splash vanilla

-sea salt

-1/3 cup peanuts, chopped

-2 bananas, sliced

Instructions:

1. Melt chocolate chips in 30 second sections, mixing between until smooth and creamy.

2. Mix in Greek yogurt and splash of vanilla.

3. On a sheet pan covered in parchment spread an even layer, and sprinkle with banana slices, peanuts, sea salt.

4. Drizzle 1/4 melted chocolate over top and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

5. Break apart and enjoy. Can be stored in freezer in airtight container for as long as it lasts ;)
